The Sir Mohamed Macan Markar Memorial Library, located at the BIA College, boasts an extensive collection of books in four languages: Arabic, English, Tamil, and Sinhala. Students can benefit significantly from the library’s regular supply of Arabic magazines and periodicals from various Muslim countries worldwide, and enrich their knowledge.

The library houses a vast collection of historically significant reference books and documents, many of which are handwritten. These include numerous rare and unique publications, some of which are exclusive to the BIA College and cannot be found elsewhere in Sri Lanka.
