ENROLLMENT PROCESS

We welcome new students to our Certificate of Higher Education (Islamic and Arabic Studies) course. What you need to know about the enrollment process is shown below:

  1. Announcement and availability:
    • Admissions are based on seat availability.
    • Each year, we issue a notice regarding admission dates and interviews.
    • Admissions notice is disseminated through major Jumma Mosques, our official website, and our Facebook page.
  2. Interviews:
    • Potential students have to undergo an interview, as part of the admissions process, where a panel of experienced lecturers will conduct individual interviews.
    • On the day of the interview, candidates will be assessed for their basic Arabic knowledge.
  3. Enrollment:
    • Successful candidates will be guided through the necessary steps to enroll in our course.

    Send us your completed application form by post, email or visiting us at BIA College Fort, Galle.

  • We Get to Know You

    Short listed applications will meet with one of our instructors for a short interview.

  • Letter of Acceptance

    Upon a successful interview you will receive your acceptance letter to BIA College
