Exceptional Achievements of BIA College Students at the 2025 Southern Province and All-Island Meelad Competitions
BIA College students continue to bring pride to our institution through their exceptional performances in various competitions conducted at both the All-Island level and the Southern Province level.
Southern Province Competitions
As part of the annual Meelad celebrations organised by Galle Majlisul Ulama, an Arabic writing competition was held for the Arabic colleges of the Southern Province. The competition was conducted under Senior and Junior categories, based on the renowned book Tārīkhul Hawādith wal-Ahwālun Nabawiyyah (تاريخ الحوادث والأحوال النبوية) authored by Al-Imam Muhammad Ibn Alawi Al-Maliki Al-Hasani (Rahmatullahi Alayhi).
BIA College students achieved the following:

All-Island Competitions
BIA College students have been consistently securing excellent results in the annual Meelad competitions organised by the Galle Muslim Cultural Association. They once again achieved outstanding results at the All-Island level this year.
